The thing is, there was actually a Japanese player using it in the leaderboard!
On Nov. 14 between 2:10am and 3:00am GMT, a player named セフィリオ[パブロ] was using it. There's literally no way I could have gotten the hash code in the URL if it never appeared on that site.

The only other explanation is this player is a hacker.

Edit: Mystery solved. The shirt in question was the Rodeo Shirt. The Japanese website was using the wrong image for it. This is most likely because the Imitation Baby Jelly Shirt was replaced with the Rodeo Shirt in v2.3 and they kept the same filename.
