Finished my goal of 3-starring all Dualies and 4-starring all Splat Dualies! I know that's not that big of an accomplishment but hey! I worked hard on it! I also got my 9s in a handful of stages this year (...including multiple Big Runs, which yes I AM sad there's no badge or tangible way to show that off in-game. BUT I DID IT!), which was something I was convinced would be impossible for me as both a sticks player and a largely solo player, but hey! I did it!
...also I did a bunch of art stuff which is cool. A bunch of work on my personal projects I don't post here + getting out of my comfort zone a lot. Hilariously actually my top 5 best pieces this year were all Splatoon related, I just rarely post my art here lol. But rest assured! I do indeed do it. And getting out of my comfort zone was a big one for me this year, so I'll count that under achievement too.
AND I GOT THE STUPID OCTOLEET GEAR. Killed my wrists to do it BUT I DID IT. I HAVE ALL OCTOLEET GEAR NOW. Now release the Neo set Nintendo I'm dying out here
edit: AND I forced myself to get out there and be more social, both irl and online. Meeting people at a convention with the exact same special interest AND the same level of intensity for it was LITERALLY a dream come true and I'm still riding that high even approaching a year later, and I've been proactive here for the most part instead of just letting myself be a lurker forever like I am on most other websites and places that I check daily
