Any (Other) Weapon Specialists Out There?

I should explain by "weapon specialists" I mean using one weapon all the time in ranked or every 9/10 ranked matches. I have played ranked exclusively with the Gold Dynamo Roller (which a lot of people seem to disrespect) and am currently at a B+ ranking with a lot of momentum behind me.

Hey, I fought with/against you today, I was using the same. It was so weird seeing another dynamo user.

Dynamo definitely shines in splat zones, 2-3 swings and the zone is yours. It's got so much range when you jump with it and it deflects splattershots(I don't think it deflects charger shots though). Even if you don't kill them from a distance, they're immediately surrounded by your ink and forced back.

I think people who try it once and dismiss it are trying to play it like a regular roller.

I definitely remember seeing a kelkador using gold dynamo in urchin underpass, there was one guy who was really good with splatterscope too in those games(think his name was AJ, really kicked our *****)

Splatshooter Jr has carried me from level 1 to 20 and beyond. I always want to try a new weapon, and I do, but I always fall back on it every time.

I've seen few dynamo rollers, good thing too they're scary. luckily i'm a charger squid all the way, the Kelp Splatterscope being my current obssesion. I'd like to master the unwieldy beast that is the E-Liter though. I enjoy being support

I switch a lot so no. Used to be an Aerospray RG specialist until I saw everyone and their mom used it on Ranked, so I had to switch to other weapons so team comps wouldn't suck because of 3 Aerosprays in the same team.

Mostly Splattershot (Tentakek or Jr) now.

I was switching all the time. between the .52 deco gal, dual squelcher, splattershot jr.s, aeros, heck even the custom jet squelcher. but lately I've been giving the .52 gal with he splash wall and killer wail a try(again, used it early on but dropped it for 'new and shiny' weapons.)
Loving it so much. I like the thought of being my squads wall ;3

I'm far from what I consider a specialist, since I'm always switching up random weapons/whatever seems fun at the time.

But my main/fallback weapon for Splat Zone and "serious" play (Turf War With Friends) is the Blaster. My role actually being disruption/distracting people rather than killing, and if need be, crowd control. Considering constant movement/ink reloading is required for it, comes with Disruptors, and looks cool, it suits me perfectly.

i used to be 100% roller and when inkbrush comes out i plan on switching back to rollers, but for now i get great points with aerospray and it's ideal for leveling up

My favorite weapon to use is the .52 Gal Deco, but sometimes I use the Aerospray or Tentatek Splattershot. Sometimes I like to switch it up and use a roller.

I've been maining .52 Gal Deco in ranked, I've been able to make great use of Seekers and the Inkstrike, and the damage output is certainly nice. Good change of pace from the Jr. in Turf War.

I used to use the Aerospray RG in Turf War for the fast ink spreading. In ranked, I found its range a bit lacking so I'm currently playing exclusively with the Dual Squelcher. I think it works really well as an all round weapon in Splat Zone.

I almost always use the Krak-On roller. I've tried other weapons occasionally, but I end up doing so much worse that I go back to the Krak-On.

I need to spend a lot of time practicing with the other weapons so that I can get as good with them.

Been using the E-liter 3K lately, but it's really team dependant how well you do with a charger. For general use, the gal deco is the best in my opinion. Ink strikes are ridiculously broken in splat zones :/

I'm same as some other people that posted, I get bored playing the same loadout for hours. But the ones I like a lot and keep going back to is:

I used to be 100% roller as I was terrible with guns then I finally learned how to shoot and was a 90% .52 cal deco user. I still fall back on those from time to time but I've ONLY been able to move up in rank significantly with Areospray MG. I know its over used but we have dominated on teams with mostly Areos.

My main weapon of choice is either splatterscope for splat zones. Its so great to use it and the sub's and specials are fantastic for both of them.
