Bamboozler suck or is it just me

I don't know if its just me but the bamboozler sucks how is it a charger if its not a insta KO I just don't see how this gun is useful

I have used it before and yeah, it's not that useful as a charger. But hey, it was apparently the only weapons Inklings had in the Great Turf War, so there's that going for it.
