Yep, that's Sapphire. She is from the Pokemon Adventures Manga. (Ruby/Sapphire Arc)
Although she looks like May, she actually isn't.

So my mom, brother, and I were at this discount clothing store and my brother (he's like 13) finds a straw fedora and likes it and my mom let's him get it. So I literally text my sister saying that my mom is about to but my brother a straw fedora and she actually calls my mom begging her not to do it.

He still gets it.

My sister and I hid it in the moving boxes when we moved.

It has yet to be found.
