What´s that logo on the boots? Is it the Rockenberg logo?

I was looking at it the other day and I'm not sure what it is. There's dark purple text on it that looks like the text from the Rockenberg logo though.

I'm worried about how much range that thing gets... also what abilities are on that hat?

I also remember that when Splatoon first came out, everyone would just wear the Paintball Mask, that shirt I don´t remember the name of and the Blue Biker Boots, because barely anybody had reached Level 20 and Spyke´s rerolls were barely known, so 3 star gear was the way to go. Also they mostly had horrible and completely random sub effects since people hadn´t realized how useful those are yet. But I usually just wore whatever I thought looked good, like the Zekko Hoodie. Good times.
