Seaweed is a protist, which isn't a particularly formal group but is where organisms that don't fit into the animal, plant, fungal or bacterial kingdoms get stuffed. Essentially, it's a giant algae, and those aren't plants to start with. Lacking roots and other stuff, I guess.

Also, I really wish my headphones had 3 swim speed up subs, but I have no luck when it comes to shiny gear.
