Yes they do. You can stack as many as possible. It was confirmed in this video.

Well, I'm excited for perks now. They don't seem too bad, and with confirmation that the same outfit can have different perks is wonderful! Stealth jump sounds helpful. Anything to increase my speed as a charger is going to be helpful. : )

I do have to wonder if "time traveling" will affect it? I personally won't do that, but hey, it is a thing in Animal crossing still.

How does this stacking work? Can you put perhaps multple ink saver badges and keep reducing how much ink is used in combat?

I'm guessing that what stacking does, increase the same abilities even more. I'm gonna try to get 3 Run Speed Up and see how that turns out.

It would be interesting to find out whether or not stacked effects have any diminishing returns.
