Well, if you take the pilot out and roast it, it would taste pretty good
Also stingers and steelheads are covered in poison basically

a steelhead would be incredibly hard to get into. a stinger probably has some sort of poison Inside of it so I wouldn’t eat it. And the steel still has a salmon on the back. also, the steelhead would most likely explode if you try to take apart its armor.

No salmonid is completely inedible. Except maybe Mudmouths.
When a stinger gets cooked, it does so very literally; the only way to splat one is to get it to land on its burner.
Probably wouldn’t taste half bad, especially with a good crab sauce.

A true chef must be willing to experiment.
