a steelhead would be incredibly hard to get into. a stinger probably has some sort of poison Inside of it so I wouldn’t eat it. And the steel still has a salmon on the back. also, the steelhead would most likely explode if you try to take apart its armor.

When a stinger gets cooked, it does so very literally; the only way to splat one is to get it to land on its burner.
Probably wouldn’t taste half bad, especially with a good crab sauce.

A true chef must be willing to experiment.

I would probably have grilled Smallfries as a snack on the go. And well, the griller could be perfect for a seafood BBQ since it could grill the Salmonids inside of it. However, if I were to have something large enough to feed a whole city and feed said city, the Cohozuna might be the one to be served.

An additional note, I would totally use the Slammin' Lid's metal part to crush the Salmonid on it into paste, both to use said paste for a sandwich, but also as revenge for causing so many wipeouts to me.
