Ultimate nuisance combo? Well, that would obviously have to go on the ultimate nuisance weapon.
Brushes already have a weapon with Missiles, but there's no reason they can't go to Carbon Roller. (Plus it can't paint to spam them.)

The ultimate kit - Fizzy Bomb and Triple Inkstrike. Choose wisely.
