Lolnope he's just insanely overrated. Seriously, he isn't actually that good. IMO he should be, like, b/b- as he suffers a lot of the same issues as in brawl (post-patch anyway). They literally murdered (no pun intended) all of his killing power outside of his F-Smash, and that has basically made him lose his top-tierness as a fighter.
