Looks aside, she's just a generic ojou-sama with nothing redeeming about her since Tekken characters have about as much personality as Mario. Elise from Story of Seasons is a much better example of the trope. Starting out she acts about the same as Lili but once you get to know her, you find a very flawed and lonely woman who has no idea about the job she manages.

That is true. You cannot even find Raichu in the wild. It's only an evolution... which sucks.

Gamefreak went as far as make an item only Pikachu can use not Raichu, later on they made a Pikachu in Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire that cannot evolve. But you can dress it up! Yay.

Well if that isn't the biggest middle finger to pokemon fans that may like Raichu a lot. I have a friend here that is a fan and when I told him about what you said, he was not happy.
