So a couple of years ago when I was a redditor (shudders) and was on the TF2 sub I remember seeing a series of post that I thought was pretty interesting where everytime somebody dominated him in casual he would create a SFM render of that person character with cosmetics and the class they was playing when they dominated him.
I thought it was pretty cool and I pretty much forgot about it until a couple of days ago where this series of posts popped up in my mind and I wanted to do something like that, but for splatoon. Now of course there are no dominations in Splatoon so I instead went with my gut feeling, look at that player results in the match, and watch over the replay of the match. The players here will mostly be in encouters from X rank since I usually find people trying their absolute best at the mode so players getting a good performance there is more notable in my eye, but there will also be other modes perhaps even salmon run if I remember to play the mode.
The set up would be simple Artwork of a person character along with their splashtag and stats. With a little blurb about why I'm highlighting them
As for why I'm doing this eh... I have a lot of reasons from wanting to do more splatoon art as I'm not really the type of guy to create OCs to add to stories. To me using this as a way to humble myself and acknowledge the better players around me. There are more reasons I can add here, but this introduction would end up rambly so enough chitchat. The thread begins now!
Also should mention that the chance the players here mentioned will see this is low. But its whatever still wanted to do this for fun
