Would a Expansion where you play as a "Freed" Sanitized Octoling be doable?

I don't think so, Sanitized Octolings are Octolings who lost their free will not because of music but because they were possibly doused with the aqua-green goo by Tartar. The pigmentation is the result of that.

Sanitized Octolings are the ones that got blended up by Tartar, recreated and reformed into an 'Octoling' from the DNA sludge he's been hoarding up from its test subjects. They're not just brainwashed, they're technically dead. Marina even says that she doesn't detect any life from them. ow the edge

However, now with Tartar gone, this leaves a lot of sanitized Octolings without a controller. They could in one way or another be recontrolled by someone else. Either that or Nintendo whips out the plot wizard and they'll be magically be cured from death or whatever.

She was not Blended up, she most likely has been "dipped" in it like the other Octolings
