Burst Cancel/Lag isn't a thing. Burst bombs naturally have little lag. You are not cancelling anything, its just normally that fast.

If you watch closely it's canceling the end lag of the slosh from the bucket not the bomb coming out fast

I don't see this as an advanced tech at all. All you said is "shoot and look away". Burst cancelling was already done with carbon roller as well, and to a much better extent.

Because sir, the Slosher goes in a straight line rather than a wave like a roller does. So by doing this it slow the slush to go around corners and it has no bearing on the carbon due to how the weapons act differently.

You didn't explain how to splangle very well, although you did give a decent explanation on how to burst lag, in which case it is very. Poorly named.
