Joined a 1v1 tournament with my old teammates. Round robin, then a grand final match between the top two. I had many super close games but won them all for a 4-0 set count during round robin. Ended up losing in grands for 2nd place of 5 people.
I'm happy with that given how strong everyone was. It was weird, but fun to play a sharking weapon while also being the one painting the map LOL
Okay, I know I said last time that I didn't mind hosting a tournament instead of playing in one, and I genuinely didn't....but MAN I'm bummed I didn't get to play in Quag's bracket LOL

As of now, my current team is disbanding. Honestly we had a decent run. I'm a bit disappointed we didn't get our Low Ink win since the further we've gone the more obvious it's felt that we could do it but at the very least we're all on good terms and will probably do some pickups in the future. Great players and great people, love them all.

So tomorrow's going to be my first time commentating a Splatoon tournament as well as one of my first times ever commentating anything for any kind of tournament. Yikes. This'll go great lmao
Got 2nd in Low Ink's Gamma Bracket today! We got the bracket reset in Grand Finals but half the team was suffering big fatigue by then. Our captain wasn't playing when we got first in Beta a few months ago so being able to get him a good result was an awesome feeling, plus I myself felt way stronger individually than back then. Crazy statement in itself

I was going to spend this time finishing a draft of a Clam Blitz post I was going to make but I don't know where it went and it's probably deleted so have this instead. It's one of those "25 games I like" posts but I can't even hit 15 without having some very similar stuff because I play no games
