I wish they added voice communication, but I understand that they hadn't because of the ... "general" dialogue of little kids online. Nevertheless, I agree with you.
While I didn't get the Switch for Splatoon 2, I was planing to buy and play it eventually. I'm glad that I bought it in the recent eShop sale, and now it's the only reason I play my Switch more than usual.

Lock your reticle on them and wait for them to roll, and then splat! As a user of dualies myself, a lot of players seem to ignore this simple yet effective strategy, which earns me escapes and splats.
Better question is, does anyone even use the switch wired/wireless controller? Because there is no need and no reason to use motion controls with them.

I've seen this pattern in the past Splatfests and this one where one side has the popularity win and the other has the solo/team wins, and I believe that the mirror matches hold a big factor to this.
Who here else had a shift where 3/4 of the team are down and that one survivor, instead of reviving their team, continues to splat enemies, only to get dog piled by a huge crowd and a boss?
