My post still exists. Maybe they're pinging any post with terms like hack, hacker, "Agent __" and such in the texts?

You might be right. Its possible they have a automated process to delete any mention of "hack". And last I checked, Nintendo isn't heavily regulating Miiverse now. The content has gone in a direction I don't think they had imagined. So to regulate just Splatoon's community seems like a waste at this point.
