Splatoon Wins BAFTA Award!

Hey there squids and kids! Some more fresh news coming for our favorite games. As readers may know.Splatoon has been nominated for as well as won several awards within the world of gaming already. Well it seems the list of accolades isn't over just yet as Splatoon was given a BAFTA award for 'Best Children's Video Game For 2015'!

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts, or BAFTA for short, is within it's 11th award program for videogames. Splatoon has now joined the ranks of games like The Unfinished Swan, Battlefield 3, Call of Duty Black Ops, Hearthstone, and League of Legends as a BAFTA award winning game.

Of course its gotta be "Best Children's Video Game." You know since its colorful and does not have gore its gotta be a 'children`s' game.

You have to remember that (undeservingly) COD and Battlefield received this award so it's just because it's good for kids, which I can agree on
 
After years of Nintendo magic who would've thought that Splatoon would've won it. I mean it sure does deserve it but something tells me games like SMG or LoZWW should've recieved it over CoD. If anything CoD teaches kids to rage and curse while WindWaker gives you a sense of exploration, adventure, and heroism. But still I'm more than pleased that it recieved the award.

CoD doesn't "teach" kids to rage and curse more than League of Legends or Dota 2 teaches players how to be a ****. There's no need to **** on CoD like that.
