And by Octarians, he really does mean both the Octolings and the tentacle Octarians." Kelp reassures.

Kelp places her hand on Olivia's Dualies to try to get her to lower them. "It's okay Olivia, he's not an enemy, he's simply one of the many Crimsons who deserted the enemy, we have plenty of Crimson Octarians and Octolings on our side."
