What games have you been playing that aren't Splatoon?

I've started replaying Bioshock and that's been awesome, and I've also been into Bloons TD6 (also awesome).

I play Marvel Rivals daily, that game basically got so much right, especially when it comes to the battlepass stuff (except that you have to spend real money to access the previous battlepasses, but the ability to be able to access the previous battlepasses whether you have to spend real money to do so is still a step in the right direction).

I also play BTD 6 :3 But other than that, I haven't been really playing other games besides from time to time playing Fortnite with my brother. I have been playing a lot of boomerang fu And smash Bros With my friends.

so yall are literally going to hardly see evidence that i’m still alive for the foreseeable future because i have gotten EXTREMELY hooked on the hundred line and i don’t think i can rest until i’ve seen at least half of those rumored 100 endings. im enjoying it a normal amount. it came out literally yesterday and i have 8 hours in it already which, as a friend of mine noted, is a whole shift’s worth of time

uhh besides that the major Other Games for me rn are:

• i’ve already propagandized many times elsewhere about caves of qud. it’s a good game. Play It. i put it down for a little while but i picked up where i left off the other day. i will always return to the caves
• i’ve been playing virtue’s last reward on discord vc/stream for a group of friends. very normal about it as well
• still pretty necrodancer-pilled, i try to at LEAST play the daily challenges in both crypt and rift every day if i can squeeze ‘em in and usually play another run or two in crypt/a few tracks in rift
• i FINALLY played portal 1+2 earlier this year which got me interested in the half-life series. i recently finished hl1 and now i’m gonna play the expansions. i’m like four chapters into opposing force, but the night vision in that game gives me a headache x_x i miss gordon’s flashlight

• I recently discovered Space Channel 5 and added it to the list of rhythm games I'm obsessed with for some strange reason. Great music and literally everything else I could ask for artistically in a game series.
• Another Dreamcast game that I have a longer history with and briefly return to every year is Phantasy Star Online. Its Y2K aesthetics and premature MMORPG mechanics make it for a uniquely soothing but simple social game.
• I've returned back to Fallout 76. I've been playing it on and off ever since I preordered it. It's definitely my favorite Fallout game and its in the best place its ever been (and only getting better.) Its good fun if I want something relaxing to work on each day.
• An my endless journey to find the perfect MMO experience, I've been checking out Wynncraft, a Minecraft MMORPG. It can be pretty overwhelming, and it isn't nearly as social as I anticipated, but it has some really intriguing mechanics and gameplay loop.

mario kart 8 dx is what I've been playing most as of late. Mario kart is just a really fun game lmao. Im currently 5000 vr in online, and also hold 19th place in the world for fastest time on peach gardens, only 0.020 secs away from 11th place, but am NOT griding for top 10, 10t place is 2:03.smth and I'm 2:14.smth, soooo

I have like 14000 on online mk8dx but I haven't played that in a while. I don't play mobile games anymore either, even though I used to grind clash royale, cos I don't really have time anymore and I stopped finding them fun anyway. I only have time to play Splatoon 3 nowadays.

I've been doing various Pokemon things a bit more as of late, took a while but I've finally found ways to enjoy that series again. Otherwise I've played Webfishing and OFF somewhat recently which are about as much of opposites as possible LOL

Portal is amazing, easily one of the best game series ever (not hyperbole, given their age they hold up remarkably well) and I’ve been meaning to play necrodancer because I played cadence of Hyrule and loved it.

Started playing a few old DS games again, namely Mario Kart DS and Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Miniland Mayhem! They seem a bit harder than I remember, but I'm slowly getting the hang of them again.

Haven't started any new PC games recently, but I'm still playing a lot of Risk of Rain 2, PokeRogue (fanmade pokemon browser game), Nova Drift, and Dead Cells (it's not just roguelikes I promise!)

Switch-wise, I'm hoping to finish a few of the Switch Mario RPG games I have after I finish this school semester! Maybe I'll get back into Legend of Zelda TOTK while I'm at it! I still haven't gotten around to fully designing a proper flying mech or 100%ing the game but that can wait...

I honestly haven't played many games, I finished one very recently though that I liked quite a bit called Beetle Ninja, in which you have to do freelance Ninja jobs until the world ends.
It's a smallish RPG Maker game that I ended up enjoying a lot, which is nice.
I've also been playing Kirby's Dreamland 2, since I saw a YTPMV video that used its graphics and I thought it was very cute, and yeah! It's such a cute game, I really like it.

Other games that I started playing and haven't gone back to are Resident Evil 4, very fun, I think Leon is very funny for some reason, and Spiritfarer is veryyy pretty, and fun to play, I think if I really got on the groove for playing games more often I would play this game more, and I think it's the more likely I'll go back to hard.

Even then, these games are short or I just played a little of them, I've still got to get back to playing eventually when I get a new controller but for now I'll just keep drawing...

I love the idea of making a proper mech! I fiddled with vehicles (my favorite was the "silly car" and it was big wheels connected to more big wheels and it was great) a little bit, but I usually went fan bike even though it was boring.
