Unfortunately, my answer is relatively tame: Dread Wringer, and I only call it "insane" because it has terrible kits. The main weapon is great. I'm either boring or have enough self-respect to not want a Squeezer RSI.

Been playing a fair bit of Big Swig lately. The recent buffs for it have been surprisingly impactful; it can actually fight things now. Not that it’s suddenly great at it, but with a decent kit I could see it getting some attention.

Why? Why? Why did I do this to myself? Simple answer: Toothbrush gun... silly. Also I like having a kill time of "INSTANT" and dodge speed of "ALSO INSTANT". One of these days I need to go back and get the 5 star on VDapples as well, since I managed to grind my way out of hell and get the 5 star NDapples

Splattershot Nova. Winning fights with it feels like such a great accomplishment, and never gets old. I am pretty sure that beating a Range Blaster with a Nova provides roughly the same satisfaction as winning a sword fight with a tooth pick.

I’d just like to point out that I’m a long-running advocate for crazy, fun-focused low tiers.
Annaki Nova is easily my favourite shooter. I’m currently playing Big Swig for fun, and my second highest freshness is on Goo Tuber. Bloblobber is my go-to pick for Turf War (if only they’d make it functional in other modes), and my favourite weapon is Recycled Brella (despite having half of one kit).
S-BLAST, Mini Splatling, Dynamo Roller, Dualie Squelchers; all weapons I’ve had great fun playing.
However, my insanity doesn’t end there. I’ve slowly, deliberately come to the decision that my main is going to be Bamboozler. A strong main weapon with a decent kit that’s reasonably difficult and has good matchups against the weapons I dislike. It’s so close to perfection. If only it wasn’t hard countered by splatlings…
