The best mindset to have for Overfishing

It is important to have a positive attitude towards teammates that supports growth as an individual player and as a team. It is understandable that progress requires time and regular effort, which can lead to frustration, but, in the long run, a negative attitude is likely to make progress exhausting.

To further promote player and team growth, players are encouraged not to take pride in their own statistics (shown at the end of the game), as they are ultimately not indicative of player performance on their own and can be detrimental if they influence player actions: while players can still learn from those results, it is instead advised to look back on actions during gameplay.

Players should also focus on positive aspects of their experiences during gameplay and understand that growing as a player requires time and dedication. Factors such as previous experiences with video-games can also influence player growth. It is advised for players to avoid comparing themselves and to understand that different players may show improvement at different speeds.
