Yes, I agree, especially with the Jumping out. With even just 2 subs of QSJ the time it takes for the jump to start (and therefore, gives you invincibility) goes from 80 frames, which is more than a second, to 50, which is usually faster then most people can react to.

Fair, most of these weapons are designed to poke you at a distance, and force you to focus on them, so from that perspective I see where you're coming from, but if we're talking strictly from a competitive standpoint, a top tier with fair counters is what creates better metas, as weapons that...
