Kind of wish there was a section under 'Competitive Discussion' for A+ 99 only so that I wouldn't have to go through all these C and B rank opinions to get some actual discussion.
That's not necessarily true. If you play well and above your rank, your influence should cause you to win over 55% of games which means you're ranking up. The bigger the influence, the higher your winrate, the faster you rank.
