I've been playing this game for a year or so and saw some stuff about this community that just makes me a little annoyed.
It's mostly people saying a hard to use weapon is bad just because they can't use it, people saying they're are better than someone just because they play an off meta weapon...
Wasn't this copied from another thread? And no weapon in this game is OP. The Jet is a 4 shot kill with a low fire rate. Try finding positions to kill it without noticing it. Splatlings kill the jet quicker and doesn't have to fully charge. Chargers can one shot if you can aim. Use right side...

The Clash blaster is actually a bad weapon especially the neo, most people use it because others said it was OP
Since most of them don't go for directs the clash blaster kills at about 84 frames. The N-Zap which also kills in 4 shots is a 20 frame kill.

You made alot of great points in the video. In my opinion if somebody disconnects from a match only the person who DC should get punished. Yes it would punish people with a bad connection but it would also avoid unpunished quitting. Also we need more buffs to weaker weapons like the Undercover...
