Splatoon DLC

They did DLC really well with Mario Kart 8 and Mario Golf: World Tour on the 3DS. I'm down for DLC for Splatoon as long as it follows a similar style/price point.

The spacing of the MK8 DLC has really given the game legs as far as playability goes, making me want to keep coming back to the game after short breaks in time.

I'm willing to bet, if there's DLC, (which is likely, nintendo seems really intent on trying it out right now) it'll be one or two maps, some outfits, and a new game mode. At the very least, that's what I want.

Probably. I do hope for something like this, amiibo dlc would be cool also.

I think maps and weapons should be for the most part free so that the game's community doesn't become splintered, and so that you don't need to pay to stay relevant in competitive play.

I'd like to see more costumes though and maybe even more character models (the "octling", different hair styles)

Weapon skins! The inkling amiibos already are depicted with unique skins for their weapons and are likely the fourth unlockables from their challenges.

-Clans (a la Halo 2)

-In-client streaming

I think the DLC I want the most is pants, lol. It's pretty silly looking to be wearing a fancy suit and still having on the shorts. I guess they didn't want people to be even more powerful due to the extra gear abilities but still, they could have give you the option to either wear just pant or shorts.

Another thing I want is the ability to wear multiple head pieces. I would like to be wearing glasses while wearing a hat. They could make it a thing where the 2nd head piece doesn't give you any gear bonuses to keep the balance of the game.

I love DLC as much as the next guy but I hope most of them are free. If not, I'm hoping they'll come in bundles, like a couple of maps, clothes, weapons, etc.
