"Welcome to our base!" General Anemone says to the refugees, "I can guarantee that DJ Octavio's army won't be able to recapture you, come on, let me give you a grand tour!"
Meanwhile, Kelp has rejoined Coral and Clam to help them and the rest of the army in defeating DJ Octavio's forces.
"What did I miss?" Kelp asks, hoping that Coral and Clam understood that she was helping new recruits get acquainted with the base.
"We just rescued the rest of the Inklings and Octarians captured by DJ Octavio's army." Clam answers.
"Now we are taking the supplies and letting the members of our army salvage whatever they want to salvage." Coral says to Kelp.
The fighting keeps going as the tides have turned in favor of General Anemone's Octarian army. Once everything has been salvaged and taken while Coral's group fights against the guards and defenders of the facility, the rest of DJ Octavio's troops in the final facility know they are outnumbered and finally surrender. All of General Anemone's troops who have taken and salvaged what was inside the final facility took the surrendered enemy Octarians back to the base, where DJ Octavio's Octarians who have surrendered will be in glass prisons for the time being. Shark has been sniping sneaky enemy Octolings who tried to splat General Anemone's troops who have been taking the enemy Octarians as prisoners.
Coral, Clam, Kelp, and Ocean cheered as their dream of finally leaving for the surface was almost true. They make their way to the central computer room, awaiting General Anemone's order.
Back at the base, General Anemone has just finished giving the tour to the new arrivals as he sees most of his army arriving with prisoners.
"Sir, what do we do with them?" an Octocopter asks about the captured enemies.
"Put them in our glass prisons, I will decide what to do with them later." General Anemone answers, then one of the Twintacle Octotroopers from the logistics room runs to him.
"Sir, the central room for the detonation has been reached. The remaining troops inside are awaiting your order!" the Twintacle Octotrooper says excitedly.
General Anemone picks up his communication device, intending to know who is waiting for orders.
"General Anemone, we can finally leave for the surface. Clam, Kelp, Ocean, and I am waiting to know what to do and how to escape on time!" Coral can't keep his excitement.
"Are there any others with you in there?" General Anemone asks.
"No, just us. Everyone else left." Coral answers after making absolutely sure.
"Then activate the shutdown and self-destruct sequence on the computer terminal, then get out of there as soon as possible, that's an order!" General Anemone commands as he goes to make sure the surrendered Octarians are put behind glass panes.
For the last time at the final facility, the quartet goes to the computer terminal to activate the sequences in which their commander said to activate.
"Ocean, are you ready to carry all of us out of here?" Coral asks his Octobomber friend.
"I sure can." Ocean replies.
"How fast can you go, Ocean?" Kelp asks her sister.
"I fashioned these turbo parts to my helmet, so we should be able to get out of here quickly." Ocean answers.
"Then let's put an end to this nightmare... together!" Clam exclaims to his Octobomber girlfriend as well as the rest of the group..
Coral, Clam, Kelp, and Ocean all activate the shutdown and self-destruct sequence, then the former three cling onto Ocean. With the helmet's tailpipes, Ocean zooms right to the entrance of the facility, managing to keep Coral, Clam, and Kelp from falling off. As soon as they left, the facility exploded many, many times, finally signaling an end to DJ Octavio's capability to keep General Anemone's army in the domes. Ocean managed to return to the base safely with her Octoling sister, Octoling friend, and Octotrooper boyfriend still holding on to her, Coral's Octo Shot and Kelp's Carbon Roller being held by Ocean.
General Anemone as well as his army, watched the explosion happen, and they all cheered at it, knowing that now, it is possible to escape these domes. General Anemone knows that a lot of work still needs to be done, but he is willing to give his army a break before proceeding to escape, as well as a way to escort the Inklings back to the surface so the base has more space for any potential Octarians and Octolings encountered along the way in need of help to escape.
