Question, in the OP you mention the 21st for the BO3 rounds, but in the rule sheet it says 22nd. We are in EU time-zones, so it's going to be difficult to join if the BO5 rounds are on Sunday night (which would be very early Monday morning for us).

Interesting the replies to my own thread aren't showing up. I'm afraid it is the 22nd, I made that change almost right after I made this thread. Sorry for any troubles this brings you. I also changed the Bo3/Bo5 to Bo5/Bo7 cuz this is a really fast game.

If you guys would prefer to communicate over Skype or through my stream chat (where it's easy to /w people), please let me know. I'd like to make this tournament as comfortable as possible.

Starts at 7 PM EST just like day 1. I'd be very highly suprised if day 2 went past 9 PM. Day 1 may go from 7 PM to 10 PM. I'm honestly uncertain because I don't have a great feeling for how long sets are really going to be.

Not clear on what exactly? The banning is just to remove maps your team personally abhors. It's far too early in Splatoon's lifespan to think counterbanning enemy teams is a thing. I'd rather both teams just lay down a map to ban, preferably in turn(s) if they so choose. The bans happen after the first game of each set (since those are already predetermined) so you can choose to use your bans based around what you saw from your first game.
