What is your favorite map + mode combo?

Probably Blackbelly Skatepark on Splat Zones. I love diving and taking out my opponents from any direction from the central tower.

That is a fun one! Especially for close combat w/ tentatek

I'm weirdly fond of Blackbelly splat zones, mostly because it's the first ranked combo where I really started to do well. I dislike the tendency for everyone to chase everyone else around in circles with the zones constantly changing hands, so it's hard to decisively take control.

I really enjoy playing Splat Zone at Piranha Pit. Rushing up the conveyor belts and landing behind your opponents is a fun and cool-looking strategy, and I have found it to be quite effective. I also love Tower Control at Camp Triggerfish! :)

Don't mess with me on Port Mackerel Tower Control. I'm deadly on that combo. So many splash wall opportunities~

I've always quite enjoyed Blackbelly Skatepark in Splat Zones, it's just so hectic, and it's perfect for my .52 Gal Deco. (I love using it in Splat Zones on pretty much any map)

Kelp Dome Turf Wars. I almost never get tired of it.

Can anyone tell me what to do for Hammerhead Bridge in Splat Zones? It is the one stage/mode combo I will not play if in rotation because I constantly get wrecked. It's such a narrow and vulnerable zone. I have no idea how to approach taking/keeping it.

My favorite SZ is Mahi Mahi or Flounder Heights
My favorite TC is Bluefin Depot or Walleye Warehouse
My favorite RM is Camp Triggerfish or Arowana Mall, maybe. I like RM on pretty much any map though.

On most SZ maps, I use Aerospray RG, Splattershot Pro or Sloshing Machine. I heavily gravitate toward a support role in keeping ink coverage in the zone in this mode as opposed to KOs so I use Ink Strike or Bomb Rush as much as possible to keep action happening in our zone. But for some reason on this stage I can't find a good vantage point. I can't really defend myself from attacks from above nor can I maintain a stronghold from the catwalk. I gave up after several losses in a row so I may just need more practice but. Ink Strike is pretty much useless since the zone is so narrow. I just need a different approach.

For turf war, I really enjoy Mahi Mahi Resort for some reason. As far as ranked battles go, I enjoy Blackbelly Skatepark in splat zones, Moray Towers in rainmaker, and Kelp Dome in tower control.
