"I.....um....forgot to pack a tent..." He answered as he groaned sadly.

Serink sighed and stood up, pulling the scrunchy off the bunch of branches and then sliding her sleeping bag behind the tree, along with her back pack.

Neura facepalmed again, with a lot more force than was probably needed. "I was created in a place, that was really nice, like a lab. Not in some dirty hovel like you, grunt." She snapped, quickly losing her patience with the Octoling, Zerul.

But they turned to Viola. "What a fascinating specimen, you are..." Neura mumbled, seemingly surprised at the fluctuating colors on Viola's head. "Ms. Wayna would've certainly liked to meet you, tell me: Has your hair always been like that?" It asked her. "You can feel free not answering, I know it's pretty forward of me. Considering we've just met."

Viola instantly tensed up, the color draining from both her face and her hair as she started to back away. "I-I'm not comfortable talking about that....S-Sorry..." She said, heading back to their tent.

Serink sat down on her sleeping bag behind the tree. She had moved behind the tree so she could have more privacy and solitude for herself. Her tentacles turned a saddening shade of cyan as she looked down in her own self hatred, though she knew she wasnt hated anymore. She sighed and pulled the journal she had drawn in before the airhorn mistake and opened it to the very first page. On it, was a very detailed and perfect drawing of her and Zerul. She had only just met him, but she felt a potential within her that told her he was perfect. She peeked back around the tree to look back out into the field to see if Zerul and Viola were still there.

"Oh... Well, it's I who should be sorry," Neura said, "I'm sorry about asking you personal questions. After all, we just met..." They watched Viola hastily make an escape from them. Neura crossed her arms and didn't look to happy. "Well, I guess that's another person that I'll never know."

"Speaking of knowing..." They turned to look at Zerul. "What's your name?" They asked Zerul. "If it helps, I'm Neura Decatron. An ex-inhabitant of Octo Valley, more specifically, as you want..." They said, pointedly. "I was deemed 'obsolete' by the Octarian Military and selected to be disman--dismissed." They explained, quickly correcting the last bit of their explanation.

"So, what's your story, Octoling?" Neura asked.

Lydia blinks in surprise, but shrugs "Ah well, things happen. Well... I made sure pack one. You wanna bunk with me?" she offers.

Viola slowly sat down at the tree Serink had set up at, her hair still a ghostly white as she let out a sigh. "I don't care who this Ms. Wayna is, but I am nobody's specimen...." She said, quietly as she hugged her knees, unaware that Serink was nearby.

Chaos's eyes widen upon hearing Lydia's offer. "U-Um are you sure..? Not that I'm saying no or anything. I wouldn't mind bunking with you. But don't you think it would be a little...awkward?" He asks curiously as the two are opposite genders.

She sighed and stuck her head out from behind the tree, just far enough that she could turn and see Viola. "Who is Ms. Wayna? And... Are you okay? You seem... eh... Rather saddened..." She came out from behind the tree. She had the scrunchy she had used to make the roof over her sleeping bag before she went behind the tree in her tentacles, holding them in a ponytail. Her tentacles turned from the sad cyan back to average sky blue. "Everything alright? If you want, I could possibly help you with whatever it is."

Viola let out small yelp as she turned to see Serink. "S-Sorry. I didn't expect anyone else here..." She let out a sigh of relief as her hair returned to it's purple state gradually. "It's....nothing. Just that person talking to Zerul made a....comment to me that....kind of scared me.... That's all." Viola said, hugging her legs again as she looked over to the group.

[Zerul]

Zerul shoots Nerua a curious look for bringing up Wayna. This interested Zerul. "So you know Wayna. Thats curious as last i heard she was off doing some private research. Leaving those bolder brained idiots in charge of the R & D Department. as for your presence here. Im still unsure weather or not to trust you. but if you want a name its Zerul 'Tank' Huntsmith." He knew he was doing a horrid job at first impressions but he cant be too careful.

Lucas spotted April with a green glowstick, and heads over to her, but not before heading to Jordan and grabbing a red glow stick. "Hey April." He said tugging her clothes. "Did you bring a tent? If not, me and Lumea were planning to share it with you since were in a group together." He told her, pointing at Lumea.

[Zawlt]

[Motor/Orca Group]

Around this time Zawlt now had most of his body glowing periodically as if he had his special in a turf war, the blinks appearing and vanishing the moment they appear. Out of nowhere he heard an airhorn go off and it made him hop up in surprise, "What in the heck was that?" he thought to himself. He looked over to the sound's direction and he saw the group. He looked closer and saw a panicked Serink holding an airhorn, "Did...did she blast that in her FACE? " he thought. He was quite astonished that anyone would be that foolish. With nothing better to do he begun making his way towards the group only to see Serink and Viola leave before he got there. "So that's what your name was, not bad, Tank," he said as he made it to the group, "though its a bit late of me I go by Zawlt," he said as he patted his back. Zawlt then noticed the box of air horns, "Neat," he said as he went over to grab one, but then his body blinked the firefly lights again making him chuckle.

She looked at Viola. "Yiu know... When I first came here, I expected everybody to hate me.... But now that I know no matter how bad I feel, there will always be somebody next to me to make me feel better... Whenever I fall down, they'll help me back on my feet... That whenever I need help, they'll always be by my side... And that person, I can tell is you. Your somebody thats courageous! Bold, extraordinary! Your kind! Your generous! Your honest, loyal, and especially funny! You dont have to be scared. Fear is what brings you down. Dont let fear replace your courage. Be courageous and dont be scared. Besides, you remind me of my little sister from when I was only 5 years old... She was inkling that looked exactly like you in every way. My mom and dad found her in octo valley one cold night... But one day, somebody took her from us..." She looked away in utter sadness, tears beginning to slide down her cheeks.

Lydia lightly scratched the back of her head, looking away "Yeah... might be a bit awkward, but I'd take a bit of awkwardness over having someone sleeping out in the open." she says with a smile.

Viola's face turned red as she listened to Serink's speech, her hair turning a bright purple. She wasn't used to such praise before. She let out a nervous giggle as she scratched the back of her head. "You give me far too much credit. I'm just....really simple-minded, that's all." She said, shuffling a little, "But thanks. As for your sister, I'm sure she's out there. Now that you're out of Octovalley, You can look for her! I'll even help you!" She said, giving Serink a hug.

"Well, it's nice to meet you Zerul." Neura said, although it looked slightly surprised. "You know Wayna? I would doubt that, but what you're wearing is strange, especially for these Inklings."

"Hmm... Is that an exo-suit? I haven't seen one of those things in a while." Neura remarked, looking at the getup on Zerul. "I'm surprised you didn't ask for a Octo-Splatling while you were at it. Because nothing says "I'm here to fight" than a metal suit, Tin Man."

When Zawlt showed up. Neura's attention got drawn to him, because he was a light bulb. A faint sliding was heard when she looked at him. Their eyes were shining, all eight of them... "Whoa..." was all it could manage as it looked at him. It shook it's head, and there were two eyes glinting the light given off by Zawlt. "Why're you blinking and what-not?" Neura asked him.

She looked back at Viola, tears sliding down her face. "Its just... You look exactly like her, as if... You are her... I just... Her name... was Viviola..." She hugged her legs and laid her head un her arms and began to sob.
