"Are you daft? Or just plain stupid?" Neura asked, walking over to her leg. "Ink. Gives you Inklings
...and Octolings. Far more regenerative powers than you know."
"Here, since you're crippled. I can lecture your ignorant rear on this. Also, you must be going into shock if you can't feel anything."
Neura knelt down to Serink's legs, walking to one of the bags near the counselor's tent. She took off a tent spike, watching the tent itself collapse inward, and snapped the spike easily in half. "One for each leg." It smiled. "Now... time to set them... and lecture you, if you aren't listening to logic."
"You're an Octoling, an Ink-based creature. Evolved from an ancient cephalopod creature called an Octopus. I'm surprised they didn't teach you this at Octo-School, really." Neura added, before continuing on. Putting the spike-half and setting the leg straight. "If you had listened, or even attended, you'd know that Octolings and Inklings are capable of regenerating a lot more than anything that we know of. That goes for Crustaceans, Jellyfish, and Anemones." It explained calmly, straightening the other leg. "Eh... would one of you idiots call 9-1-1? I have to attend to this baby."
"But as I was saying,
it doesn't matter if it's caused by Ink or not. Your body uses Ink to heal, that includes your bones. Which, are made out of Ink, else they wouldn't be called Ink-bone." It continued. "You're also being unreasonable because you're in pain, calm down, and let's talk like civilized beings. However, to summarize; Your
Ink-bone is made out of Ink. Your body uses Ink to heal, and doesn't need to be spritzed by other Ink to heal.
Unless you want it." Neura concluded it's lecturing of Serink.
"Next time, don't call a machine an idiot. They know a lot more than you ever could." It scolded. "Now then, time for your bandages to make you feel a little better. You're gonna owe me a new coat. These don't come cheap."
Neura tore it's coat sleeve, and surveyed the damage. The branches seemed to have cut into Serink's legs, but it wasn't deep. So Neura calmly wrapped it, being careful not to disturb the leg itself. It did it with such precision.
"We're gonna need some actual MEDICAL help, I can't do it with tent spike, coat sleeves and Ink all alone. So... call the authorities and get this girl hauled off." Neura demanded, clapping their hands together to get everyone moving, before looking back down at Serink's legs.
