Ironically, the only time I've had to participate in the Splatfest is the early morning. Team Night, I promise I don't mean to be a traitor.
I don't care that Octo Expansion is old news. I want y'all to know that I have 78 of the 80 Mem Cakes. True greatness is not as far as I think.
Just got to the local convention. The first person I saw after getting off the bus was another Splatoon fan. A good sign, perhaps?
I'm visiting my sister who lives far away and got her to try Splatoon 3... or at least "Get to Know Alterna, Your Only Choice." It took her seven minutes to complete the level, and that was with me taking the reins for the last third. Needless to say, we do not have a new Splatoon fan today.
After missing the entire regular season thanks to extreme scheduling conflicts, my Slammin' Cup tournament team has made it to finals. I'm surprised that I'm keeping up with more experienced players! Go Snowfall!
Nothing good is ever allowed to happen to me. Valentine's Day historically SUCKS for me, and it's not even because of my relationship status. Everything just seems to go wrong on this specific day.
I don't even like chocolate.

The good: I actually get to put time into Frosty Fest. The bad: my first Saturday off since I started my job is not properly "off" so much as a sick day. Don't take breathing through both nostrils for granted.
Current hyperfixation: Persona 5 Royal. Any other Persona fans in the chat? My favorite is Persona 4, but Persona 5 has some of the most satisfying gameplay of any game I've played.
I gratefully endorse @sevenleaf's nomination of me for the Creative category of the awards show. I am currently working on a forum post in my dormant thread to explain a bit of what I do, but besides that I would rather let my work speak for itself. Whether or not I am chosen should rest on what I have already done instead of what I say to promote it.
And I guess the way I begin my 2025 is with a Splat Zones losing streak. Checks out.

Now to do my next sets of Series in modes that AREN'T Tower Control. Being disproportionately good at one mode means I'm not very good at any of the others.
I'm back in Rank-Up range. Now to wait for a Series rotation I feel confident with.
They're going to fix the issue of the Topknot being invisible while wearing the Captain's Cap Replica!
Despite some worrying DCs, I completed my Catalog at the end of the same series that got me ready for a Rank-Up Battle! My goal of reaching A- by the end of the season is in sight!
After two years, I finished Pokémon Scarlet and all DLC storylines. I can finally move on to other games, like (ignores actual backlog) more Splatoon. -
