What’s the main change you want to see in the next patch? I’d like to see an Ink Vac buff that actually helps its survivability, like more suction range and/or the ability to maintain suction in a smaller area while aiming the shot if the vac isn’t full.

More Zooka startup feels like too easy of an answer and I'd give something else but it's quite literally the only thing I'd want to see changed about current meta (unless I'm forgetting something, which is entirely possible).

HP nerf to Bubble or at least the base duration being decreased by 3 seconds.
It's not happening so the other main change I would want the most is a Pencil range nerf (also not happening).

You’re not going to will them into being with that attitude.

I do think Pencil needs a nerf, but the same can be said for both of the other backline chargers. It’s not exactly less fun running up against a Pencil continuously painting the stage for its team than it is an E-liter or Charger that can one-shot you from half a stage away if even an inch of your hitbox is sticking out from behind cover. All three feel awful to fight, so all three should be nerfed.
Pencil is a good starting point, for sure, but it’s not leaving the meta unless Cooler goes with it.

based on octo shot always being a ttek skin that’d probably be an enperry skin though. so maybe not.

I've had an idea for a charger nerf for a while and figure I might as well look for a reception here. What if their guide lasers weren't blocked by terrain and instead shone through it? The main weakness of chargers to compensate their ridiculous one-shot pressure is supposed to be that their guide lasers give away where they're looking, except any form of cover instantly nullifies that weakness.
At the very least it would be nice QoL against backline chargers.
