does anyone have an item with one of these three mains, and also three special charge up sub abilities?

I have pilot goggles with 1 sub. The other 2 are something like special duration and swim speed. Not a great piece but it's 1 main and 1 sub of bomb range (which is why i haven't re-rolled it yet)
