Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't believe those are classified as shiny since they are brand-favored and have increased likelihoods.These are all my shiny gear:
Still sad that I have some 2/3 stuff but they mix conveniently with some other stuff I throw in.
I guess so since it's brand favourited.

Me again, bad thing is I'm A again... I expected to reach max rank by this week before the update, but there's some A+ players that are monsters, I think they did right, to add S will make the game interesting and can help with the learning curve even more... But it's ages old so i don't want to look for the thread, but basically it comes down to making a copy of your progress on a usb stick, reroll and if it doesn't work copy the wii u data back onto the usb (the game will save on usb when inserted).
