The closest you can do is turn on color lock, which always has it at a vibrant orange and blue.

It's in the options menu on the gamepad. It also turns your ink color yellow in single player missions to contrast with the purple.

I've started battling with the Stealth Goggles and White Inky Rider. I'm hoping to keep the jacket because it matches my shoes, but as soon as I fully level up my headgear I'm swapping it out for something else. It just does not match my ensemble.
