"Okay so I was sent on a scouting mission alone to find the final bus needed to complete the base. Since we didn't have the armor uniforms yet, I was just wearing my usual casual clothes. So I get ambushed by the enemy, I try to fight back, but I run low on ink." Kelp begins, "When I thought I was going to get captured, Coral and Clam came to my rescue, there were two others that joined them shortly after finding me, but I remember that Coral and Clam were the ones responsible for saving me."
"Yeah, as soon as I laid eyes on Coral, I couldn't stop staring at him. I felt my hearts beating faster as I got closer to him, to the point I hugged his arm without realizing I was doing so." Kelp continues, "So the five of us continued on our way to find the final bus that uncle Anemone required so that we could set up a suitable base for us to sleep in. We got to an abandoned town that had the last bus we needed, we had to fight some of the enemy to get to it and claim it. But after claiming it, Clam drove us back to my uncle. Don't worry, there's still more to this story."

"So, after we got back, uncle Anemone talked to everyone about our current predicament and how we are going to be able to fix it, he handed out our uniforms, which are the armor that we wear for the missions. Guys and girls had different armor uniforms." Kelp tells the story, "After we got assigned rooms, Coral and I went to our assigned rooms to try our armor on. Coral tried his first, when I saw him with that open jacket armor, I felt like my hearts could have jumped out of my chest at any second at that moment. Without hesitating, I went directly at him and placed one of my hands on his chest, I could also feel his hearts starting to beat faster. Then I went to try out my crop top armor for the first time, when he saw me, he struggled to talk, as did I, he was able to tell me I looked cute. Then he managed to ask me out, I was so excited that I just yelled 'Yes!' without any hesitation. Then we kissed as the first thing to do as a couple, my hands on his shoulders, and his hands on my waist." Kelp finishes telling the story, "And that's how Coral and I became a couple."
"I know it's not for everybody, but I enjoy it." Kelp responds.
"Yeah, he's so eager to get to the surface, I see him talk a lot about Turf Wars, he even researched some strategies about them and told me, heck his knowledge of Beakons helped us get through the first wave of enemies on our way to taking down the final facility. How do I know that? Because he also told uncle Anemone about that when one of the Inklings who joined us planted a Beakon at the other side." Kelp talks about Coral's eagerness to participate in the sporty Turf Wars.
"What was your family like?" Kelp asks.
"I'm sorry... I didn't know." Kelp feels bad for asking.
"When Coral and I have children, we will be sure to love all of them, regardless of them being an Octoling or a tentacle Octarian. A new beginning on the surface means the past can stay as the past." Kelp says with hope in her eyes.

"Ok!" Kelp gladly accepts, "So my mom and dad loved taking us to fun places like theme parks, both them and Ocean gave me great birthday gifts, they gave me the casual clothes that came from Inkopolis itself for my birthday, so when I get to join Turf Wars, I'll be set. Ocean gave me that Carbon Roller as a birthday gift. I was thankful for all these gifts, plus my mom gave me a diary as a gift, I have written in it ever since." Kelp explains. "Escaping these domes will allow Ocean and I to see them again."
"Yeah, I feel we are getting close to seeing them again." Kelp agrees. "Ocean really wants to see them again, she's getting too excited now that this is our final mission in these domes."
