Kelp goes to General Anemone to ask about the two Octolings mentioned by Olivia.
"Hey uncle, I have something to ask." Kelp says.
"If it's for extra break days, I'm going to say no, as the days after this mission will be crucial." General Anemone responds.
"That wasn't what I was going to ask. I was going to ask you if you know of two Octolings named Ryde and Alicia." Kelp gets to what she was going to ask.
"Well, I got them on file here, I made sure they are carefully watched by so they don't leave us. Really it's for their own good to follow us to the surface." General Anemone tells Kelp.

"Were they any trouble to join us?" Kelp asks.
"Trouble? They might have some issues, but I made them follow my every command after I had shown the reality that was about to hit them if they didn't follow my orders." General Anemone answers. "If you're wondering what it is, I have shown them the rubble that will come down on them if they don't learn to work with the others in the army to escape the domes. No one has survived being crushed by the rubble, I made them aware of that fact."
"So, why did you show them?" Kelp asks, curious.
"Because when you're dealing with rebellious Octolings, you sometimes have to make them aware of the ugly truth of what will happen to them in the future if they don't cooperate. These domes are becoming more dangerous as the days go by, which is why it's crucial for everyone to follow my orders so they can follow the plan I carefully made." General Anemone explains.

Then the rest of the Octarians in the army will have special equipment that will have just enough power to allow them to hover over to that kettle, while also using a special Bubbler that won't allow any of the rubble to pass through." General Anemone answers with an explanation.
"And what if we get attacked?" Kelp asks.
"Well, the equipment I will be giving out to the tentacle Octarians will have powerful weapons to deal with the attackers long enough to escape." General Anemone explains.
"Wow, you sure do plan for any possible outcome." Kelp is amazed.
"When you're dealing with a potential extinction event, careful planning and then following said plans is what saves lives." General Anemone says.

"It wasn't what he said that might have convinced her, but rather what he has shown what could happen to her if she didn't listen." Kelp explains.
"Yup, sometimes a reality check is all you need to get someone to admit defeat in an argument." Kelp says.
"So, what do you want to do now? I still have some time before I get back to the battlefield." Kelp asks Olivia.
"Maybe I can tell you how Coral and I became a couple." Kelp offers.
