"You're right, my uncle has hopes and dreams for a new life on the surface for all of us, but he's definitely a doer first and foremost." Kelp agrees.
"Speaking about dreams, I have talked to you about my boyfriend so much, but since we're friends I think it's safe for you to know a little bit more about him. The battle inside the facility is taking a long time, which is to be expected since that's the only facility that the enemy has left, so they are focusing all of their remaining defenses there, it could take him and his group more time to accomplish the missions." Kelp says, "My boyfriend's name is Coral. He was mostly like you when this whole dome-collapsing catastrophe started, you know, a little bit shy and whatnot, but he still had courage, his courage is the reason why I'm still here helping everyone escape."

"Yeah, when my uncle just recruited Coral into our army, he wasn't one to talk to anyone, at least not until his brother kept telling him that he will need to be able to talk to at least a few people for cooperation purposes. As the days went on, the first person he talked to aside from his brother was my uncle, from then on, he slowly got less shy and more confident." Kelp explains, "Coral and his Octotrooper brother Clam lost their parents when they were young to some rubble that fell on their house. Clam was forced to be tougher for Coral because Clam is the older brother of the two. It happened right in front of their very eyes, that is the memory that makes Coral cry because it's a reminder that he won't be able to see his parents for the rest of his life. I am always happy to comfort him whenever he needs."
"He's lucky to have you. It's hard being a crimson octoling. I loved Ringed octolings as much crimson octolings. But they're both the same. Backstabbers and hypocrites. Not you, though. Your different." Olivia complements Kelp.
"A serious war like this can bring out the worst in anyone." Kelp admits, "But not every one of either group is like this. I met some really nice Crimson Octolings who were eager to help us get to the surface and decided that following my uncle's orders would be the best way they could help. Coral is a Ringed Octoling himself, but he's nice to me, and never leaves my side in the many missions we went on."
"I wish I could meet your sister too, I don't think anyone can be more annoying than an Octobomber sister who's jealous of Octolings sometimes." Kelp mentions Ocean.
"But otherwise, Ocean is not that bad, she's still a great sister to have." Kelp admits.
(By the way, back when I first started this RP, I actually didn't have a name for Kelp's sister yet, a fellow RP participant in another RP I was a part of mentioned the name to me, so I started using it. I was blanking on a name for a long time because I wanted to keep the naming scheme related to water in some way and I couldn't think of anything else that wasn't a mouthful.)
(Oh cool!) "Lucky for you... Alicia is just annoying and full of herself. I actually think the only people who like her are Ryde and me." Thinking of Ryde made her miss him. She had left them to join Logistics.
"I think uncle Anemone has recruited them into his army. I'm going to go ask him if you want me to." Kelp offers.
"Then after this mission is over, I will try to get uncle Anemone to locate them." Kelp offers.
"But... would you really want to leave them behind when these domes collapse?" Kelp asks, a little concerned, then mentions, "My uncle can get any Octoling to follow his orders, no matter how jerkish or rebellious they are, he's the ultimate figure of authority and he isn't afraid to be tough on those who refuse to follow his orders. He doesn't play favorites either, Coral and I were once put on probation for ignoring uncle Anemone's orders for the day, he's that serious."
