Ouch. I stopped playing the game for like two or three weeks and suddenly I suck at Stamper again
A pickup I joined tonight just helped me win my first Splatoon tournament! It was a lower-tier redemption bracket but considering it's midnight, I haven't played this weapon seriously in ages and our comp was...this, I'd say it was more than earned. Also we won Grands 3-0

Friend got me my first piece of Splatoon merch. Very fluffy
i got tired at midnight told myself i would go to sleep at 2 AM but two and a half hours later i finish up writing a post where by the end i'm so not awake that i have zero confidence that i can proofread it and give up before i even try
please, to everyone reading this - do not do the kind of things that i do to myself
I just realized that I've sunk way more time into the second kit of every Splatana than the first one. I absolutely love the Decavitator's first kit so it's literally going to need either specifically Ink Mine with Tacticooler/Kraken or a bomb with Inkjet.
If Nintendo does either of these then I will scream
Just now realizing that I spent a week not playing Splatoon because of wrist pains caused in part by a Splatana tech, then two days after I get better the devs center an entire new weapon around said tech and despite it just recently hurting me I'm very excited to play it. Welp
So this summer I'm looking to work on some gamedev stuff. It'll be a simple game missing a lot of features but it'll be a big thing for me if I can finish. It's not Splatoon related at all but DM me / reply to this if you'd like for me to share about it with you.

One of my good friends has played Splatoon since 2015. Carbon Deco one trick the whole time. Loved Splatoon 1 and wants to enjoy the others but they haven't felt the same. Still, he and I play at every Splatfest and some challenges even if he's enjoying them less. Lately he's had more fun with 3 than he ever has before and all it took was him changing the weapon he's using to...the vanilla Carbon.
Love to see it.
Wrist feels better so I played some Splatoon today for the first time in a literal week
It's crazy how the game feel is literally always better than I remember it after a break
Went to a Mario Kart Wii / 8 Deluxe tournament hosted and joined by only Smash players, got 4th/14 in 8 Deluxe and 4th/12 in Wii. I genuinely do not like MK8D at all and beat people who play the game often, played pretty bad in Wii and could've done better. Pretty happy with it though, fun time!

I used to (and still do) always make jokes about how "my Explosher is kinda crazy" but I've now used it enough to the point where I'm genuinely not terrible with it. Not great, very inconsistent with lots of room to get better in general, but not bad at all. Pretty cool if you ask me.

so i felt like playing mini more after trying it in splatoon 1 even though i'm not huge on either of its kits in this game and it uhhh
