im not directly running for anything (besides owner of best pets) but i'm publicly nominating @Hokuto for the creative creative [etc.] award on account of not only their own work that they've shared, but the fact that i've seen them do a lot here and elsewhere to nurture others' creativity

don't think i've seen anyone post about it here this time around so:
squids for palestinian kids 3 is happening in just under an hour and a half! prochara is streaming it. i'll be playing in it with my team (minus katz, plus @isaac4) which is a little scary but also exciting. tune in and/or donate if you can :D

im watching the game awards for once and realizing how much i really don't like hyperrealistic graphics in video games. like i knew i preferred stylized graphics but watching so many trailers that look more like slightly uncanny movie trailers than game trailers has cemented this opinion as a dislike of one, not just a strong preference for the other
merlin (big boy) went to the vet today and when he got back willow (weirdgirl) didn't recognize him :( hopefully this blows over soon -
