I don't personally have any problem with paying- the problem is that putting characters (especially, as was the case with smash 4, the best characters) behind a paywall create a split between the player base, and only those with financial means are able to be competitive. Smash 4 was pay to win...

Oh no, paid DLC characters for Smash again... and the spirit system seems really weird to me. Hopefully we'll be able to ignore it for some proper smashing.

The Rockenburg Collections should have a different colour scheme from the Kensa Collections. 16 alt kits is also more than we got with Sheldon's Picks, so not too disappointed there.

It was an early tease. It'll probably still be a while before they have anything ready to share. We don't even have a tenta(tek)tive release date yet.

The bloblobber reminds me of how League of Legends would often release characters in an overpowered state, so the player base would have a positive opinion of the character's unique quirks, then nerf them down to normal levels after a week or two so as to maintain the competitive balance. If...

I've had my pro controller for nearly a year, and it works perfectly fine. I've never run into the problem you described with the controller, so chances are yours got messed up somewhere
