Hey all, I've spent the last 2 months learning the ranked game and I feel ready to join a budding competitive team to learn the nuances of teamwork vs solo queue. I'm here for the experience and to build some good community relationships, but I want to join a team that will have regular practice (at least once a week). I am not always free on weekends, but I'm almost always free on weekdays after 4pm ET.
