The Octocopters smile, happy that they don't have to work for DJ Octavio's army anymore. They help lift Mirage, helping Coral. Hope also helps lift Mirage, also helping Coral.

Kelp helps the rest lifting Mirage up, once they finally arrive to the neighborhood, they are greeted by Clam.

"What happened to you Coral?!" Clam asks.

"I'll explain it once we get this Inkling to the medical area, anyways we managed to get three Octocopters from Octo Canyon to live in the neighborhood." Coral replies.

"What were you doing in Octo Canyon in the first place?" Ocean comes in from behind Clam.

"Well, Hope got octonapped by DJ Octavio's Octarians and we had to go save her. Not only that, but her other half is still inside her. With a big Octoling somehow being split off from a smaller Octoling then hypnotized, that would make DJ Octavio's army more dangerous." Kelp explains to her sister.

Clam and Ocean decide to help with bringing Mirage to the medical bay area, laying him down on a bed. There are some walls that had started being built around it this time.

Hope's tentacle colors change again, and Wish gains control. He wants to know if Mirage is going to be okay. The Octocopters look upset, as if they think they were the cause of this.

Kelp hugs the Octocopters to console them. The doctors then start to examine Mirage.

"That was a long day, but I'm glad we all made it here." Coral says before finding a place to sit down.

Wish looks upset. He caused this, and it’s all because the Octarian army wanted his other half, Hope, to return to DJ Octavio. The Octocopters look at Wish in confusion. Is he okay?

 

[Cephalobro]

The doctor came to the group and he explained Mirage's condition in detail.

"That Inkling's energy was spent excessively, but he should be fine in a day or two." the doctor said.

Meanwhile Coral turns into his octopus form for Kelp to hold.

The Octocopters seem a bit upset. They haven't met Mirage, but he apparently means a lot to them. Wish shifts to his octopus forme and quietly leaves, then heads down to the Deepsea Metro, inky tears falling. He sighs, sitting down on a train car bench in the old Abandoned Station.

"Don't worry, these doctors will do their best to make sure Mirage is healed." Kelp says to the Octocopters to comfort them. "I have an idea, how about I get you a home for you three to live in?"

"I wish I could go and help, but as you can see, I'm a bit injured after getting by those weird sphere energy things." Coral explains his current condition, still in his octopus form.

Kelp then picks up Coral and holds him in her arms.

"I'll promise to be careful with you." Kelp says.

"Okay... ow!" Coral reacts to one of his painful spots being touched.

Kelp keeps in mind not to touch that spot.

The Octocopters jump for joy, excited to have a home. They didn't like being with DJ Octavio, but they didn't have a choice. He was the one who gave them orders to stop any Inklings in their path, and it clearly worked, as one Inkling keeps trying, but can't beat the Octo Shower. (based this on my own experience)

Meanwhile... Wish is still sitting on the run-down train's bench in solitude, still upset that he most likely made Mirage use his Aura Sphere until he fainted. The Octoling isn't ready to admit that he caused this, inky tears staining his face.

Kelp manages to reach General Anemone's office and knocks on the door with her free hand. The Octohurler general opens the door to see his niece.

"Hey uncle, I brought more members to live in the neighborhood." Kelp tells General Anemone, pointing to the three Octocopters behind her.

The Octocopters greet General Anemone as best they can. Is this the neighborhood Kelp and Coral mentioned?

 

[Cephalobro]

"Hello Kelp. As for you three Octocopters, welcome! I will gladly give you the tour to where your new house is going to be."

The Octocopters are glad to see their new home. They follow General Anemone as best they can, by walking as close to him as they can, since they're without their helmets.

General Anemone slows down a little bit to let the Octocopters catch up.

"I assume that you didn't do enough walking, is that correct?" General Anemone asks the Octocopters. "No worries, you will get used to it eventually, the other Octarians here got used to it since they don't use their machines extensively."

The Octocopters nod yes. They've never walked, just flown around with their helmets. They don't work anymore, so the Octocopters have to get used to walking. They need to train their little legs.

 

[Cephalobro]

"Well, no rush, I can wait until you get used to walking." General Anemone says. "In the meantime, I will make you three the fund collectors of the neighborhood. You will basically be tasked with bringing the funds in the fund box to me. Worry not, I will be in close proximity because my office is on a straight path from where the fund box is, so you won't have to turn any corner. That's a good way to train your legs if you ask me."
