This actually already exists, but it replaces your current gear abilities and also randomizes your weapon. Sheldon’s Gear-Ability Shuffle. It would be cool for them to reuse the idea in the way you suggested, though.

We already have Duel of Dynamic Duos, so why not visit the other number that constitutes a team? Similar deal with reduced respawn time and additional Special Saver, but the mode this time would be Rainmaker.

Day of the Aerospray

This one would make more sense if the Aerospray PG gets added as a third kit. This Challenge would only allow the Aerospray and would feature Turf War as the battle mode! If you want to make it funnier, everyone gets extra Ink Saver (Main) and Ink Recovery Up.

I'm surprised this didn't end up being a real challenge with how much the devs love referencing S1.
Smash Ultimate has done something similar with the online tourney mode events. Every previous Smash game has had their own little tourney centered around the characters that were introduced so I could easily have seen that happening in Splatoon 3.

Yes, I love those tournaments from Smash Ultimate, they even get unique art in the announcement screen when you boot the game! Would have been super cool for Splatoon 3, but not this time I guess!

I hate range: all chargers now do 454089 damage (pencil does normal damage but next rule retained) but player health is increased to 454090 when there is a charger on the opposite team (fairness is key) now sheldondorf will kidnap you and put you in a calamari and octopi sandwich if you use a n-zap and finally all weapons except aerospray pencil and h-3 get point sensor and tacticooler (these three get zip caster and mine) there balanced. Also all splatlings do 999 dps and can infinitely fire but has to charge for 1 minute strait. (All modes available) thank you and have fun hating me
