    I know a lot of us are scared that nintendo will kill stamper in the next patch but realistically, it probably should get toned back a peg.
    It's a really healthy top tier but I think they could reduce the one shot hitbox a bit (it's really generous imo) or the charge slash range, and it'd probably be fine.

    Though if they nerf it but don't touch zooka pencil squeezer or 52, I will possibly lose my mind.

    I'm biased as can be and totally get people disagreeing on this, but as long as a weapon isn't obscenely unhealthy to play against and as long as it allows for some degree of weapon diversity at top level, I don't think it's worth nerfing it. Nerfs should be kept to a minimum in general

    Fwiw Stamper does struggle into vSqueezer and the Rapids and it doesn't bully frontlines nearly as hard as certain other midlines

    This is Splatoon 3: Majora's Mask. Dawn of the final day: the moon is crashing onto the earth in 24 hours. I'm going with save the day. We need to beat all four temples to awaken the giants that will catch the moon or whatever (I have never played majora's mask), and we could use all the help we can get

    I love the ghosts in the lobby.
    I think it's such a good way to mess around with other players, which might be my favourite thing in splatoon. It's an extremely competitive game at times, but behind the hardcore facade, we're just really silly, and I love how you can see that in game. It brings a weirdly... human element to it which I love

    Squid partying was one of my favourite things in s2 since it felt so... human to be put in a competitive game and decide "screw it, what if we hugged and drew hearts on the ground instead" and I love that nintendo recognized that and gave us a way to mess around if we want to without bothering serious players.

    I just love these moments when you're about to win a clams game in overtime, the last few ticks on the zone before you win, the end of a salmon run shift, when someone dcs in the first minute. They're honestly the best part of splatoon. If we could play with AIs, I would never do it because of the fun interactions you miss out on

    You're so right about this. There's nothing I love more than being in a lobby with people you don't know, where everyone's idling, and then just one person breaks and goes and starts squidpartying and then suddenly the whole lobby is with them. Like... it was fine just idling and waiting for the next match, but one person wanted to play, and now everyone is hopping around and playing leapfrog

    I can't stop thinking about that "sploosh is a better carbon" hot take. At first I completely disagreed but like the more I think about it... maybe it's true?

    Eh, sploosh has it's things its better with, but carbon is already somewhat inconsistent without the burst bomb, and sploosh is even less consistent but doesnt have the burst bomb. Theres def a massive kit dif but I think that an inconsistent main weap vs an even more inconsistent one, I'd take the one with more consistency (carbon).

    What do you think of the "Brella Good" challenge (amazing challenge name btw)?
    I'm guessing Tent is just going to completely overshadow every other brella in it, especially since it's Zones.

    Oh dang it, there's no special gimmick

    Yeah tent is probably going to dominate, + the maps are really good for it, but lowkey recycled might be the best weapon in the challenge. It kind of eats every other brella, from experience.

    Not a huge deal imo, it's still good to know where exactly the tent is behind the shield but aside from that it's not that big a deal, you can play around that. I think fizzy's way more threatening for tent
