Personality: Blaze is a natural leader, befitting the role Kat gave him as mayor of a town she made up. The Blaziken was somewhat lax in his mayoral duties, though, often hosting town-wide events that Kat oversaw. Now, though, he doesn't think he's really important enough to be a mayor or a leader in general, since he can't defend himself or anyone else if anything attacks.
Appearance: Blaze has yellow sclerae and blue eyes, his eyebrows are the "Thin" eyebrows, he has the "Cornrows" hairstyle, a reddish skin tone, and his ink color is red (hex code #CD0000); he wears the Fake Contacts, the Retro Gamer Jersey, and the Yellow Iromaki 750s, and his legwear is the Colored Patterned Leggings; part of his left arm is broken (the part that's broken off = everything ending at just above his 'elbow'); the arm is torn in half, with a big white frayed wire poking out; he will most likely need a prosthetic if he wants to do any matches

Bio: Unlike other Blaziken, Blaze was man-made in a toy factory in a distant region called Hoenn. After his creation, some rowdy humans bought him and went to their house. They were very rough while playing with him and they broke his left arm. The light in the flame on his right wrist still worked, but the sound was low in pitch. He was very weak, and they soon gave him to their cousin, another human named Kat. When she played with him, she accidentally pressed the button and heard the weak sound. She used him a few times, then soon put him in storage, if only because she didn't want to damage him any further. She eventually used Blaze again, but every time she pressed the button, no sound was heard. No light was seen, either. It seems that the batteries corroded while the Blaziken was in storage. Kat still loved playing with him, even if he was permanently a mute. Eventually, her love for Blaze manifested into him coming to life. Soon, a portal appeared, leading to the Splatoon universe. Worried that Blaze is more vulnerable now, Kat let him enter that portal. Blaze entered without hesitation, as Kat's now moved on to pursue her passion, with the portal leading to the Splatoon universe (more specifically, Inkopolis Square) and converting him to an electronic Inkling figure (same size, same colors, and same lack of sound and light (and therefore powers)) to better fit in with the locals.
Other: Blaze is smol plastic Blaziken-turned-Inkling bean, around 5 inches tall; he used to be able to use Fire Punch (hence the mold for his wrist flame), but ever since his batteries corroded, he can't use the attack anymore; he can still speak normally, but the sound and light don't work anymore
