Octolings vs. Inklings RP (Reboot)

Coral responded "Alright, Clam you take the left drain, I take the right drain. I will call our General to send in some Octosnipers and maybe even some Octolings who are skilled in using sniper weapons." Then Coral called Anemone, "General, I have an idea, send in the Octosnipers as well as some Octobombers to our location and have the rest of the troops that you sent out block the drain that leads from the center of the city to our neighborhood!", to which the General replied, "Alright, I'll be watching the battle through the cameras from the helmet of the Octobombers."

 

[Agent 507]

“See you guys at the center of town, and if we don’t make it out of this..I’ll see you in hell” He smirks before he salutes off with two fingers before jumping off the building they resided, landing on his feet and quickly dashing off into the shadows.

 

[Cephalobro]

Coral says "Alright bro, it's now or never!" to which Clam replies "This will be the deciding factor whether we will finally get the advantageous positions or not."

Coral super jumps off the building while Clam jumps off to land on some trash bags to cushion his fall, this is when many Octobombers appeared, holding on to the Octosnipers. Then the Octosnipers perched on top of the buildings while the Octobombers waited to drop Splat Bombs.

A ping goes off his radio. He picks it up and puts it to his ear. “Yeah?” He says. “Just finishing up over here.” “Dude we need to go NOW! A group suddenly formed out of nowhere. It’s a couple blocks away from you, go!” Shade hears this and instantly transforms. He shoots off to the place where the group was forming. “It’s those 2 again...” he says seeing clam and coral. He swirls up to the clearing and transforms. “It’s you. Again.” He says.

"Yikes!!" Coral yelps, then said, "We just want to get rid of DJ Octavio's minions! We are sorry for what we did earlier, so if you want to attack anyone, attack the Octarians who were sent by him." Clam ran across to the other side while this conversation was going on, noticing the Octocopters and Twintacle Octotroopers that Anemone sent to block off one of the ways but still getting to the other side to get into position.

 

[Yin_]

He hesitates “Hmmm... interesting. What are all these for then? I assume for attacking him.” He pauses. “Although, it seems that this might be enough but I could offer my services.” He gestures loosely. “All I need is... a reason.” He smiles darkly, tilting his head to his side. “Convince me. And be quick, I’m hungry.”

Coral then replies, "You will get to roam free in Inkopolis, maybe I can show you something else that you can eat instead of eating other cephalopods, but for now, we need to attack Octavio's army before he takes the city for himself." After everybody got into position, they noticed the enemy Octarians approaching the middle. "Okay, hide, once we begin our third and final phase of attack, you can eat one of the enemy Octarians."

 

[Yin_]

He taps his chin. “An interesting proposition. I do love a treat.” He shrugs. “Alright, ill do that. But don’t expect me to just stay dormant the entire time. I don’t just sit around while ink is shed.” He forms a charger in one hand and a hydra in the other. “I love a good battle.”

 

[Cephalobro]

Coral then calls General Anemone, "General, time for our first attack phase, we need the Octosnipers to splat the more dangerous Octarians, this will make the enemy confused. In our second phase, we need the Octobombers to drop Splat Bombs to force them to become uncoordinated. Our final phase is when we attack them, effectively clearing this part of the city and pushing the enemy back to their base.", then Anemone replied, "Alright, good luck out there." before hanging up the call.

The Octosnipers perched on top shot the enemy Octocommanders, some enemy Octobombers and a few enemy Octolings, splatting them. The rest of the enemy Octarians now became confused as to where the shots came from.

Then the Octobombers shot Splat Bombs right into the middle of the enemy army, splatting a few of them in the process. The enemy Octarians became distressed, they didn't know what was going on, shooting at different sides, not hitting anything at all.

"Now! Attack now!" Coral shouted to everyone, running toward the enemy army and shooting with his Octo Shot while Clam starts beating up some of the enemies, the group of Octocopters and Twintacle Octoroopers that Anemone sent began to shoot at the enemy Octarians.

“Take this Octarian bastards!” A familiar voice shouted from the skies as Joseph jumped from a small building to the side and threw a splat bomb to the enemy octarians, the explosion masking him as he landed and hit 5 of them with his roller before nailing a couple with his brush, covering a wide area in the middle of the army as he was joined by two other random agents cloaked in identical gear, one in pink and the other in yellow, they quickly began to dispatch a few of the Octolings as Joseph went his own direction at a large wave of soldiers.

Shade smiles, knowing it is time. He charges up and roars. He jumps down onto the battle field and starts firing into the enemy. The fall one after another but it isn’t enough. He then switches to his blob form. He then shoots toward the enemy and latches onto one. He devours it and moves onto the next and the next. He continues to roar with laughter throughout all of this

Coral continues splatting more of the enemy Octarians, "Take that! That's what you get for not leaving us alone!" he yells at the enemy Octarians. Clam then starts to strangle an enemy Octotrooper. "I thought I told you and your leader to leave my brother and the rest of us alone, now you're paying for your actions." Clam says to the enemy Octotrooper.

"That escalated quickly," Rebekah muttered. "Keep fighting them! I'll try to help in any way I can!"

Azuki nodded her head, then struck an Octoling boy with her Inkbrush. The boy staggered back, attempting to wipe the ink off his cheek. She hit him again. The Octoling held his stomach, looking as if he was about to throw up. Azuki dealt one more blow that sent the boy flying. She approached her enemy, brush poised for attack once again, to deal the final blow.

"No," he muttered. "Don't...hit me again...please...I had...no choice." He coughed, clearly stifling a painful vomit.

Azuki raised her brush and held it at her side like a staff.

The Octoling found a patch of his ink to recover in, then approached his rival again. "You're not speaking. Are you alright?"

Azuki nodded. The boy copied.

"They call me Unit 48. It's pleasure to meet you." He extended his hand, which Azuki shook gently.

The friendly Octocopters and Twintacle Octotroopers splatted even more of the enemy Octarians, further reducing their numbers. Coral and Clam went after even more of the enemy Octarians who were on the area, Coral eventually became involved in a fist fight against an enemy male Octoling. "That DJ is a loser, why can't you see that?!" Coral said furiously to the male Octoling in which he was fighting.

(Is this the same Octoling Azuki was fighting? For convenience purposes.

"Anyway, what do they call you?"

Azuki glanced around.

"I see." 48 nodded. "You haven't got a name?"

Azuki indicated her throat.

"Oh. You don't speak because you can't. In that case, are you able to write?"

Azuki put on a panicked expression and waved wildly at the war going on.

"After the battle, then?"

After Coral got tired of the Octoling who refused to listen to him, he picked up his Octo Shot and finished him off. "There, finally!" he said, with his appearance now being bruised from the fight.

"I always knew this was so wrong," 48 muttered. "There was always a feeling in my heart that...oh, if only I could just tell people to stop fighting and they'd listen! But there's no harm in trying."

48 breathed in. He breathed out. And then he cleared his throat. "EXCUSE ME, EVERYONE!" He was terrified, but if it helped bring Inkopolis back into peace, it would be worth it."

(I have an idea that "Octolings vs. Inklings" could be more of a bad ending, while "Infestation in Inkopolis" is more of an alternate good end?)

(Maybe it could be like the "Infestation in Inkopolis" happened before "Octolings vs. Inklings"? It could give the evil Octarians enough time to launch an attack on Inkopolis in this RP, Octo Canyon is still intact, so they could've trained there instead.)
