Anubi returns in a puff of red smoke and smiles. “I got it!” He looks around impressed. “Wow you’ve done a lot. Let’s finish this, quickly too. I’ve only got a hour to do this.” He turns to Coral. “You got all that?” He asks.
Coral turns to see Anubi and answers.
Coral: Yes I do, alright everyone, carry these Sanitized Octarians back to the buses. And tell General Anemone to make the buses merge into the base again. We got a lot of Sanitized Octarians to turn back to their former selves, I'll stay here a little longer to destroy the machine that controls them.
It was then that both Ringed and Crimson Octarians started to carry the Sanitized Octarians back to the base. A little bit later, the buses merged together as the Sanitized Octarians are being carried to them, multiples files were found and carried back to base in order to use them to restore the Sanitized Octarians back to their original selves. However, those Octotrooper scientists will need help from Anubi since these Sanitized Octarians were under sanitization for too long.
Meanwhile, back at the base, General Anemone wondered, how did DJ Octavio get access to this sort of thing, did he and some unknown character had a shady deal? The General knew that Yashi's parents and that Inkling were sanitized recently, which is why they were easy to restore. The fact that an Inkling was Sanitized in the first place explains why there were kidnappings of Inklings from Inkopolis. It all suddenly clicked into place, DJ Octavio was going to wipe out the Ringed Octarians when they would be at their weakest, this also explains the previous attack regarding the Sanitized Octarians, only this time. The traitor to General Anemone's army unknowingly weakened those operations.
Anemone then found out a grim reality, even if this facility would be destroyed, the remaining two would be converted into Sanitization factories, he is going to look deeply through the stolen files to track when this Sanitization crisis began and how his army would put a stop to it once and for all. He would also find the dark truth behind why DJ Octavio would Sanitize his own people.
(More revelations coming later in the story ;))

Yashi was surprised at all the sanitized Octoarians that we’re brought back.

Silas: Anubi figured out how to make them themselves again.

With no one but Coral remaining at the facility, he started working to overflow the machine until it causes the whole facility to explode, just then, two Flooders appeared. He messed with the wires until a self-destruct sequence was started by the machine, this is powerful enough to destroy the whole facility. Now all Coral had to do is to avoid the Flooders and trap them inside so all the remaining Sanitization operations will stop completely. He ran to the door, occasionally shooting ink and becoming an octopus in order to escape faster.
Coral: Time to end this facility's operations. *places a tracking jammer right outside the door and superjumps back to the base*
The tracking jammer stopped the Flooders from going any further, Coral lands right back to the base as the Sanitization facility explodes with the Flooders inside. Everyone back at the base celebrates as yet another facility is rendered unusable and that it doesn't use power anymore.
General Anemone appear in front of the army, "Great job everyone! I have checked the total available power and the remaining parts of the Valley are at 89%! However, your mission for the day is not yet done, this may be unpredictable, but I have decided to send just the Octolings to escort the Inklings to the nearest kettle. I know what you may be thinking, but I have realized that some activities in Inkopolis won't allow those who cannot respawn to participate in them."
Everyone is surprised at the unusual order, sending Octolings without bodyguards? That's asking for disaster, it could be kidnapping or worse, extinction. Just as the confusion was settling in, General Anemone added "The Octospartans will go with you.", Shark was especially shocked at this. "But sir, you will be leaving the base practically defenseless if there are no Elites guarding it. We cannot risk letting the enemy know that only the tentacle units would be guarding it." he said with worry. General Anemone reassured, "In reality, the enemy doesn't know that we practically scared them from ever attacking us in our own base, we will be fine, now go with the rest of the Octolings, that's an order!" to which Shark replied, "Yes sir..." with uncertainty. While this conversation has gone on, Coral set the files on the table so the restoration would be possible. As all the Octolings escorted the Inklings to the nearest kettle, the Octotrooper scientists worked with Anubi to restore the Sanitized Octarians to their former selves.

(I actually had the idea of having those other Sanitized Octarians needing more than just the laser and their memories, something that only Anubi has access to. The reason is that those Saitized Octarians were in the sanitized state for too long for any normal method to work by itself.)

(Alright I’ve finally come up with a idea. Now I just need to write it. Also what do you mean by more revelations ;) )
Anubi rubs his head, nervous is it will work out or not. The first octoling comes out, confused as heck. After the scientists do their thing, he walks in. The confused octoling looks at him like he is a alien and backs away from him. He looks at the scientists and asks simply: “Name?” The scientist replies “Eliza Shelstrop” Anubi nods and closes his eyes. He concentrates for a long moment before a glowing ball appears in his hand. He takes a deep breath before throwing the ball at the octoling. The ball shatters in a magnificent light. The room becomes silent for a few tense moments, then the octoling looks around panicked. “What’s going on? Where am I?” One scientist steps forward and asks “What’s your name?” “What do you mean? It’s Eliza. Eliza Shelstrop” The room collectively gives a sigh of relief. Anubi smiles and steps out to tell the general the news while they ready the next octoling.

(I mean that eventually, we will find out the truth behind the whole kidnapping and warring mess that has been happening since the beginning of the plot as well as before it.)

After the rest of the Sanitized Octarians and their Octolings regained their memories, General Anemone decided to make an announcement to everyone. "Alright, great job out there. While your mission is over for the day, there is one more thing that you can do, but you don't have to choose to do it, but it will result in you participating in something really fun if you do so.", he begins. "Okay, it's going to be prom. You all earned a night of partying, thanks for sticking with me even when it looked like we were doomed and that even some of us gave up hope during it. You may be asking the theme of this, well, the theme is Splatfest! Of course, there will not be any Turf Wars between us, but I will play two songs performed by the two different duos we have met during our journey. I have a secret third song to play, but I will leave that as a surprise.", after explaining, he finishes off by saying, "Octolings, go get the appropriate clothes for this occasion, I will give you the money to buy the clothes you need to participate in this prom. While you choose what you want to buy, the rest of us will be busy with decorations and everything that will make this the night of your life here in Octo Valley!", he concluded by saying, "There's a store really close to here where you can buy the appropriate clothing for the prom, just watch each other's backs out there since this is the second time I'm sending you out with no bodyguards."
After the speech, all the Octolings went to their rooms to change back to their casual clothing so they can head out, Coral used this chance to set his Octo Boy Advance back into his and Kelp's room. While they were there, the two talked about more things between themselves.
Coral: What a surprise announcement! I didn't think our General would be rewarding us, this can be a chance for us to be truthful with each other and make our relationship harder to break.
Kelp: You know, something I have been meaning to tell you. I was scared of being crushed by the rubble or being controlled by Octavio, but I somehow felt safer with you. The way you fought back those enemy Octarians when we just have met made me feel safe. I would do the same if you were in danger.
Coral: Thanks, in speaking of meeting allies along the journey, we have met quite a lot of them. Ranging from a Crimson Octoling who decided to help us in the beginning to a creature that humans have created in the past. Of course, let's not forget about that salty Inkling who tried to end our lives because he had a grudge on Octarians in general. We have met even more allies as well, many of them who chose to stick by our side. This was quite a ride and one that was of emotions.
Kelp: Yeah, remember when I had called out for help when we didn't even know each other yet? I must have been very unlucky that day when I thought I could go on a mission by myself. I'm glad that we can always count on each other, your brother, my sister and our allies to survive these dark times that we're going through. I'm confident that once we get out of this, we will cherish the positive moments of our journey, and this prom will be one of the best moments we will have with each other.
